Large Groups (5+ people)
Penny provides services for groups of all sizes. In order to properly price larger groups for any of the services including Wellness Coaching Workshops, please contact penny to discuss the details.
Virtual Sessions
If desired, Penny can also provide virtual sessions over web meetings. A great option to provide convenience for everyone.
Travel Charges
Often clients prefer to enjoy their session from the comfort of their own home or place of their choosing. Should this be the case, Penny will gladly travel to your location. In order to compensate her for her travel time and costs, a $50 charge will be added to the session price, which covers distances up to 30 minutes each way. Any distance beyond that will need to be arranged with Penny.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Wellness Excellence, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service possible to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy for all appointments.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge.
- No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting the next client.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be forfeited and charged as a no-show.
Emergency Exceptions
- We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for medical emergencies, extreme weather, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Recurring Appointments & Packages
- For clients on monthly memberships or package deals, missed or late-canceled sessions will not be credited or refunded unless proper notice is given.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
- Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made via email or phone call.
